Richard and Rachel decided to set up their own company, u-need-ink, after working in various Management positions during the last 20+ Years.

After both being made redundant they wanted to invest their payout's in something that would give them both an income and future stability... They wanted to take control of their own destiny.

Rachel spent her time working in the Finance Industry and has adopted their customer service culture into the business, whilst Richard has focused on the logistics side as this was his area of expertise.
