Thank you so much for your purchase, we really appreciate your business. We have shipped 100s of Compatible Ink Cartridges across the UK and Europe to 100s of very satisfied customers.

On the rare occasion where you experience a problem with your cartridge - don't dispair, we have put together a little Troubleshooting Guide to help you get the most out of your new Compatible Ink Cartridge.

Epson

Epson Fitting Instructions:

When you remove the Ink Cartridge from its box, it is very important that you do not:

  • Do not touch the chip.

  • Do not squeeze the cartridge.

Before you install the Cartridge:

  • Remove Plastic Clip - if present.

  • Remove the Yellow label

  • Install the cartridge immediately.

Troubleshooting

If the printer cannot recognise the cartridge, remove the cartridges and turn off your printer for at least 30 seconds, switch it back on and re-install until it shows okay.

After installation if prompted by a "This is not an Original product" pop-up window, please click "Yes" to continue.

To ensure the best printing result, run the nozzle check after installing any new cartrdges. If the nozzle check result is not satisfactory, please run the head cleaning cycle (you may need to run the print head cleaning program three or four times) until the results improve. Always check the results on a blank page.

Some printers do not like you to mix the compatible ink cartridges with the original manufacturers cartridges, so we recommend that when you initially change from original ink cartridges that you fit a full set of compatible cartridges.

Once these ink cartridges are working in your printer you will be able to replcae individual ink cartridges as required.

If the problem persists, please , providing the following information:

  • Date of Purchase, Your Name & Address, your Printer Model

  • A detailed description of the problem you have encountered, including any error messages.

  • Details of any steps you have already taken to rectify the problem.

As you know, we are dedicated to providing all of our customers with great customer service and value for money. Your purchase is backed up by a 100% guarantee, which means we will either resolve the problem by replacing the cartridge or if you prefer we can provide a full refund.

To enable us to refund your full purchase price or replace your faulty cartridge, we do need you to return the faulty one. This is so that we can research the fault and feed back to the manufacturer. In addition, we can make sure that this page is updated to help other customers in the future.

We really appreciate your co-operation and understanding in this matter.

Canon

Canon Chip Replacement Instructions:

1) Remove the cartridge chip from the empty cartridge. You must ensure that each chip is correctly fixed to its corresponding cortridge.

2) Each chip can now be placed on to the new cartridge by clipping the chip on to the two prongs provided

3) Once in place, the chip can be fixed on to the prongs by carefully pushing the prongs towards each other one at a time using a small tool. This is to prevent the chip from slipping off of the prongs during installation.

4) Remove the yellow tab marked "PULL" first and then the orange clip. The cartridge can now be inserted in to it's correct slot within the prnter.

5) If you printer software displays an on screen error message after installation, please press the "Stop/Rest" button on the printer for at least 5 seconds.

6) The procedure will cancel the printers ink level detector and printing will resume as normal. The cartridge is ready to be replaced again when a lack of one or more particular colour(s) is apparent. Do not allow any cartridge to run completely dry.

7) Remember that we stock many Canon Ink Cartridges that are complete with the Chips already present.
